DESCRIPTION:
R-999 is a multipurpose high polymer modified adhesive for interior and exterior installation of ceramic tiles,vitrified tiles, stones,quarry tiles, glass mosaic tiles, pavers and bricks. R-999 Tile Adhesive is designed to mix with water and has a convenient open time with high adhesion & workability.
METHOD OF APPLICATION:
Open the Bag and get required material in bucket
Add 28 to 30% water in accordance to material lump for best results.
Use mechanical stirrer for best results in coverage.
Apply evenly with the use of trowel on hard floor screed or hacked wall surfaces.
POT LIFE: 2 HOURS
OPEN TIME: 40 minutes
TENSILE STRENGTH: 1.75+ N/mm2
SHEAR ADHESION:1.60 TO 2.00 N/mm2
COVERAGE: Approx 45 to 55 sq.ft. per 20 kg bag, using 6mm x 6mm square notched trowel for a bed of 3mm.
