Method of Use

DESCRIPTION: R-777 is Suitable for installation of all large sizes of Vitrified Tiles, Granite Frame, Natural Stone,precast terrazzo, Glass Mosaic, Tile on Tile etc on interior and exterior areas on floor and wall.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:

Open the Bag and get required material in bucket
Add 28 to 30% water in accordance to material lump for best results.
Use mechanical stirrer for best results in coverage.
Apply evenly with the use of trowel on hard floor screed or hacked wall surfaces.

POT LIFE: 2 HOURS

OPEN TIME: 40 minutes

TENSILE STRENGTH: 1.50 TO 1.70 N/mm2

SHEAR ADHESION: 1.5 TO 1.75 N/mm2

COVERAGE: Approx 45 to 55 sq.ft. per 20 kg bag, using 6mm x 6mm square notched trowel for a bed of 3mm.

Packaging Size: 20 & 40 Kg bag

Adhesive Thickness: Can be used upto 10 mm

Shelf Life: Until 12 months since the date of production when stored in undamaged original packaging and dry conditions
