Mix 28-30% water with adhesive
Use mechanical stirrer for best results in coverage.
Apply evenly using a notched trowel
DESCRIPTION:
R-40 Adhesive is Suitable for bathrooms, swimming pools, kitchens & Heavy Traffic Areas like Shopping malls, airports, and commercial spaces. Large-Format & Slim Tiles – Provides strong adhesion. Polymer modified bonds with various substrates. Excellent tensile adhesion & shear adhesion strength -superior quality. Indoor & Outdoor Tiling – Ideal for walls, floors, and facades.
METHOD OF APPLICATION:
Open the Bag and get required material in bucket
Add 28 to 30% water in accordance to material lump for best results.
Use mechanical stirrer for best results in coverage.
Apply evenly with the use of trowel on hard floor screed or hacked wall surfaces.
POT LIFE: 2 HOURS
OPEN TIME: 40 minutes
TENSILE STRENGTH: 2.00+ N/mm2
SHEAR ADHESION: 2.00 TO 2.30 N/mm2
COVERAGE: Approx 45 to 55 sq.ft. per 20 kg bag, using 6mm x 6mm square notched trowel for a bed of 3mm.
